"For Darwen" Councillor quits Darwen

A Councillor who was elected on a campaign of supporting Darwen has admitted that he no longer lives in the town. Cllr. Phil Jones who represents the Marsh House Ward on both the Borough and Town Council now lives in Hyndburn.

Nick Clegg announces a fair start for children
